1. Booking and Reservation
You can book directly through our website https://sleepeasylodge.com or via our Airbnb listings. Select your dates, choose your property, and follow the instructions to complete your reservation.
Yes, once you complete the booking process and payment, you’ll receive an email confirmation with details of your stay. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Yes, changes may be possible depending on availability and our cancellation policy. Contact us directly to discuss any changes to your reservation.
2. Payment and Cancellation
We accept major credit/debit cards and payment through Airbnb for bookings made via the platform.
Our cancellation policy is provided at the time of booking. Cancellations made within the designated period may incur fees, depending on the booking terms.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to our cancellation policy and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
3. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is typically at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request but are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
You’ll receive check-in instructions via email after your booking is confirmed. For most properties, we use a contactless check-in process with secure key access.
4. Property Amenities and Services
Yes, all our properties are equipped with fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your convenience.
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available at all our properties.
5. Policies and House Rules
Please notify us immediately if any items are damaged during your stay. We understand that accidents happen and will work with you to address the issue.
